About Me: I love my job! My goal is to consistently and reliably deliver high quality
My Bio: I am presently working as a massage therapist, more than 8 yrs and counting. I am minutes away from Farragut and Lenoir City, TN. I graduated from Roane State's massage program in 2009. I have resided in LenoirCity with my family for over 25 yrs. When I am not working I love to hike, yoga, meditate and weight lift.
My decision to become a therapist followed living with pain and sleep disorders for over 4 yrs, in which I learned massage had profound effects on my pain levels. I had also lost my left cornea, now replaced since graduation with a complete recovery! My approach to massage is by using its effects on the nervous system and designing my massages to fit each of my clients needs. I sincerely know how important it is to find relief from chronic pain. Posture is also a major component of pain relief. Often the problem is not where the pain is felt. I take a lot of pride in being slightly OCD when it comes to addressing these issues. It is for that reason I only offer 90 minute sessions, at a very reasonable rate, so my clients can afford to come on a regular basis. Â I want my clients to have relief and show progress!
In 2004 I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Psychology, physio based, with special studies in PTSD and stress effects on the brain. I love using massage to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system! 2005-2009 Comprehensive research on Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain Disorder, Migraines, TMJ, Whiplash and Central Pain Disorders. 2004 Certified Personal Trainer APEX/NASM. 2000-2007 EMT, Knoxville Volunteer Rescue Squad, Search and Rescue.  Â
"I have been a client for over three years. Her work is outstanding. Best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of attending. She makes you comfortable being there and always determines where you hurt. She recommends things I can do between appointments to ease the back problems I have. She rates an A PLUS." G. Schmitz Feb 25, 2015Â

"Audrey is a very skilled massage therapist who goes the extra mile to bring healing and wellness to her clients.â€Â S. Larsen, Feb 23, 2015Â
“Audrey has been my regular massage therapist for over four years. She mostly does maintenance massages that are very relaxing and feel great, but occasionally she finds a tight spot that has built up without my knowledge; she works it out so that the problem doesn't get worse. I have had several massage therapists in my lifetime, and Audrey is by far the most knowledgeable about the body with respect to emotional well-being, mind-body connectivity, physiology and general health. I highly recommend Audrey for any one in perfect health who wants to maintain it or someone with physical issues stemming from trauma or illness.†C. Landaiche Feb 22, 2015Â
“Audrey is the true professional; she cares about "your needs". She is very focused on serving you when you are on her table. She does not watch the clock; she is determined to give you all that you need so that when you leave you will be walking on air. I can't say enough about what a true quality lady she is....in my book, that means a lot....†G.
